Second Presbyterian Church

We are ready to receive the group. We are so excited to see what God has in store for us  this week. 

After a log trip we are finally here in our first meeting. A good night rest and ready for tomorrow. 

This morning we are joining the congregation of  Iglesia Bautista Cristo Restaura in their worship service. We are so grateful for the opportunity to praise the Lord alongside our brothers and sisters. 

After an amazing lunch, we are getting to know Pastora Wilmina and her congregation better. We are learning about the  history of the church and her community. We are also taking some time to pray over her and her church members.

This afternoon we are at Don Luis’ house helping him take out some things from his backyard. It’s amazing being able to help him with this. 

After a long and hot day, we are enjoying some ice cream at Georgettis. We are also taking some time to enjoy the plaza of the town of Rio Piedras and the street art. 

This morning we are continuing with our VBS at Iglesia Divino Maestro. We are under the theme “Trust God to lead the way”.  We are so blessed to be able to impact the kids of this community. 

Tonight we are joining Iglesia Templo el Arca in their service. It is a blessing being able to share with them during their worship, hear the reflection based on psalms 42:1 and pray with them. 

This morning we are at Iglesia Divino Maestro helping them move the concrete blocks they will be using for the construction of the children’s church. We are so blessed to be a part of this beautiful project. 

Today we finally gave some finishing touches at La iglesia "Templo del Arca" church building. Pastora was so grateful that we were able to enjoy one last meal prepared by her and her family. We say thank you and see you soon.

This afternoon we are enjoying our time at El yunque. We are having lots of fun enjoying all the stops and beautiful sites. 

We have come to the end of our time together, but we do not dare say goodbye but see you soon. It's been a great week removed some unneeded items and put a fresh coat of paint in "Templo del Arca" church building. But most we made new friends and family in Christ, and that is priceless!!!!
