We attend Sunday school and a church service at our host, Melber Baptist. It was a beautiful message. After church we had a barbecue and invited the church congregation to join us!

Praying over Mayfield

Today we got the opportunity to walk around downtown Mayfield. We learned a lot about the history of the town and the impact the tornado had on the community. We ended our time downtown praying for the people that we will touch this week and the work that God has planned for us.

Worship and fellowship

We headed over to Grace Life Church for their Sunday evening service. We had a great time worshiping with the congregation. After the service was over they provided us with dinner as we had fellowship time with everyone.

Timber

Before we got to work, we had a conversation about safety when it comes to cutting trees and doing yard work. We worked as a team to clean up and cut down multiple trees.

VBS kickoff

Tonight was night one of VBS at Grace Life. It’s was such a fun time hanging out with the kids. We were able to help lead the craft and game stations.
