We made it safe and sound to Panama! We are super glad to be here, and we can’t wait to meet Pastor Dimas and his family! 

We had our orientation meeting, and we received all the instructions and guidelines that we need to be safe during the trip.

Today’s service, Pastor Dimas preached about our identity as God’s children when we trust in His Son Jesus Christ.

Hadley, Dani, and Lily share some worship songs with all the church, and it was such a blessing for all us! 

We went to the supermarket and bought all the groceries that we need for the week, then we packed everything.

We are ready to start the ministry of food distribution! 

When we finished packing all the groceries, we took a moment to pray not only for the bags but also for the 25 families that we are going to be able to meet this week.

We are excited to go and hear testimonies and to share the gospel with all the families.

This morning we visited 8 families. It was really exciting to meet them, and be able to bless them with prayers and gifts from God! 

This morning, some of the group helped with the ditching of a side of the road in front of the church. Since Panama is in the rainy season, this will facilitate the flow of the rainwater.

We started with VBS, we sang some songs in Spanish with them, and after that, we learned about how God created everything in the world.

Wrapping up the first ministry day with some devotional, worship, and praying time. As Paul, our prayer is that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that we may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God (Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬-‭11‬).

Today we were able to bless eight more families. We have been so bless meeting all these people and hearing their testimonies! 

We finished Day 2 with some worship and testimonies. Our stories reflect how God uses ordinary people in extraordinary ways to change the world through Jesus for His glory.

We started VBS with songs for the children and talked about how Adam and Eve sinned against God. We transitioned to crafts and the kids painted rocks. At the end we played games and the ladies from the church gave them a typical beverage. 

We are so grateful for the time we were able to spend together serving the Lord. Today we had the opportunity to learn about the Panamanian culture and their history. God is doing great things in this country. Let us continue praying so the gospel be proclaimed in Panama, and that their people surrender their lives to Christ for the Glory of God.
