Chapel of the Lake

The team arrived and we were able to have our orientation meeting and worship together! 

This morning we joined our partner church, Turn Church for their Father’s Day brunch and service! 

Today for lunch we stopped at Janet’s Diner and filled up on a good home cooked meal! 

The team ended the night with worship led by their pastor Andrew. 

Today we worked with our partner church, Turn Church and assisted them in tearing out the tile in several rooms. We started priming today and tomorrow we will begin painting! 

Some of the team also got to help organize a boutique that Turn Church has open to the community! 

Today we went to the food bank and helped sort and weigh plums and potatoes! 

After a hard day of work, the team headed to Braums for a treat! 

The team ended the night walking around the gathering place! 

Last night we heard a word of testimony from  Rueben, the staff at one of our partner churches and had the opportunity to pray over him and his next steps in life! 

Today we finished up painting and putting up trim at Turn Church.

The team ended their last service by praying over their pastor Andrew!
