Houston, We Have Arrived.

The team arrived safe and sound. We are all settled in and had an amazing time of worship and fellowship. We read through John 15 and discussed what it means to truly abide in the Lord. We are preparing our minds, hearts, and souls to abide in Him not on just this trip, but through our everyday lives. Tomorrow starts early in the morning but because of the true joy we have in the Lord, we can’t wait!
Feeding the 350

This morning half of our team was able to serve at Loaves and Fish. Here we were able to prepare, cook, and serve meals for 350 wonderful Houstonians. We were able to sit and listen to people’s stories while they were able to enjoy an amazing meal and also take a break from the Houston Heat.
Serving the community we with Life Community

Part of our team also went to Catholic Charities to put together a put distribution line for families to come through. We were able to load groceries into over 150 cars. We had an amazing time getting to love and care on these families and ultimately show them the love of Christ.
Making an impact at Impact Houston

This morning the rest of our team was able to serve at Impact Houston. We were able to serve many families in the Houston community. We can’t wait to come back tomorrow evening!
